"I love the intensity of workouts with the coaches of St. Vincent Sports Performance. I am a competitor and I like that they push me to my limit."
Deion Branch, 2005 Super Bowl MVP
"Coming out of college, I wasn’t even on the draft radar, but after training at St. Vincent, I was the first pick in the second round of the NBA draft."
Carl Landry, Sacramento Kings
"Every time I come home I look forward to working out at SVSP. I have come here since my senior year of college and I get better every session I attend. Not only do they provide all of the weightlifting equipment I need, they have a great nutrition staff, recovery nutrition for post-workout snacks, and athletic trainers on site if I needn to get treatment. Brandon is a great man and a great trainer; he makes athletes better by pushing us to our limits but at the same time carries a consistently fun attitude. The people at SVSP - trainers, staff, and other athletes from all other sports from youth to professional level - make for a unique competitive environment and an enjoyable place to workout."
Cole Toner
"I started training at St Vincent's in January of 2015 to prepare for my NFL pro day. I have frequented St Vincent's and plan to continue training here in the future for multiple reasons. Brandon is not only knowledgeable about what we do and why we do it, but he's also personable and easy to talk to. Greg helped me improve my running mechanics and core strength, and still works with me when I have questions for him. Ralph is always friendly and looking to help us out any way hey can. The athletic therapists at St Vincent's have also been a huge help to me both in working through bumps and bruises, and educating me on injury prevention. Last but not least, Lindsay has always been available and willing to help me with any nutrition questions I have. St Vincent's Sports to me is a high end sports performance facility with all the tools you can imagine. However to me it is the people in the building that I value and keep me coming back."
Kristjan Sokoli
"I went to St Vincent’s in 2015 with a sprained MCL and a combine to get ready for in a month and a half. The all star cast from the PT rooms to the weight room went above and beyond to get me back on track. I was able to test better than anticipated at the combine for that reason. Every year since, I make sure to stop by St V’s before our OTA’s begin. I trust the men and women at St V’s because I’ve entered every OTA with coaches and players noticing a difference in the way my body looks and performs."
Obum Gwacham
"My time here at SVSP has been tremendous. I have learned a lot both in the weight room and on the field. The training staff is amazing and top notch. Brandon is one hell of a coach and can help you achieve what you want. If you are looking for a place to train in order to get to the next level, SVSP is the place for you!"
Nolan Dowling
"The staff at SVSP has been a vital part of my recovery. Darrell got me back to where I needed to be to start working with Brandon. The combination of both of their work has gotten me back to where I was, and better than I have felt in years. They are among the best of the best at what they do. I enjoyed everyday I came in to work with them."
Chris Jones
"I first found out about SVSP as a freshman football player at Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in 2008 and started going for supplemental speed and accessory work. Their services helped me progress to the level I am at today. I come back to train here in the offseason because of the quality of the program(s) and also because of the relationships I made back in high school with the staff. The strength and training teams are exceptionally knowledgeable in their respective fields. The facility has everything an athlete needs to further develop and excel in his or her sport."
Jon Toth
"St Vs has prepared me to compete at the highest level in both OTAs and Training Camp. They have around the clock training staff, an on site Nutrionist, and the best trainers. They focus on transforming your body to be at its maximum potential and make sure you work every muscle group. They motivate you to be your best self every time you step in the gym. It’s been a blessing to work with such great staff to help me prepare for each season."
