Our certified and licensed Athletic Trainers & Physical Therapists have over 100 years of combined experience treating recreational, middle/high school, collegiate, professional and Olympic athletes from every sport.
Sessions typically last one hour and include evaluation, manual therapy, corrective exercises and progression including home exercises. Our approach ensures the return to your sport or activity in the most efficient time with the absolute best outcomes. Our Sports Physicians work as a team with our Sports Rehabilitation associates to manage your recovery.
Sports Rehabilitation is offered by both Athletic Trainers and Physical Therapists which enables us to give patients billing options: self-pay or insurance. A limited number of insurance carriers do cover services provided by certified and licensed Athletic Trainers. A physician prescription is required to bill your insurance.
Do you take/will my insurance cover my rehabilitation charges?
We do accept insurance. However, not all insurance policies cover certified and licensed athletic trainers. It is the patient’s responsibility to get pre-authorization from their insurance company
What will I be doing in my session?
Depending on either your signs/symptoms and/or your prescription, our professionals will choose from a number of therapeutic techniques ranging from manual therapy to therapeutic ultrasound. Treatment is specifically tailored to have the patient return to play or activity. Evaluations will encompass multiple areas of the body to investigate proper functioning of the body as a whole, not just the injured area.
If I am scheduled with another clinician, do they share the same qualifications?
Each of our certified athletic trainers and physical therapists is licensed in the state of Indiana. In addition to multiple years of experience, when they team up for care of patients, they communicate thoroughly on the plan of care
